Top Admin Menu Disappeared

My top admin menu has disappeared.  No changes were made to the system....one day it was there, and the next day it was gone.    I can see that if I put my cursor near the very bottom of the top black bar and click I can see see the drop downs.   What could have happened?

The problem was solved.  For some reason adding a report to the navigation menu caused the issue.
