CiviGroup Roles Sync not working
April 23, 2013, 07:54:16 am
Drupal 7.2.1
CiviCRM 4.2

Trying to run the CiviGroup Roles Sync module.  I have two associations, Current Trustees -> trustee and Trustee Emeritus -> trustee. Have run the manual sync, and have also had what I'd expect to be affected users login since I've created the association.  However, none of the users in either group has the "trustee" drupal role.  Both Groups are standard (not Smart Groups).  The only log message I get when I run is below, but seems benign since the line of code is just incrementing the # of users it's looping through (and even then, it increments and shows up properly).
Notice: Undefined index: processed in civicrm_group_roles_batch_worker() (line 715

Stumped at this point, can anyone help?

I have exactly the same problem. Further to this when I look at the List of Association Rules the CiviCRM Group does not display i.e. instead of seeing CiviCRM Group <--> Drupal Role all I see is <--> Drupal Role. However when I edit the association rule it correctly displays both the CiviCRM Group and the Drupal Role.

No - actually this problem has been lurking around for a while. I can't remember when I first noticed it. There was time when it functioned fine but if only I could remember when it might be a little easier to resolve.

Cheers

Hi,

I've found the cause of missing group names in the list of association rules: see http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,29404.msg135066.html#msg135066

Cheers,

Dave
