Handling old personal campaign pages

This is more a curiosity question. I was just wondering how some of you handled old PCPs.  When a campaign is complete, do you just disable them? I don't want to go as far as deleting them, but as a disabled page, they still clog up the list of campaign pages. I'm assuming deleting them would also remove references to them in associated donations. We also have the added consideration that we have annual events (with the same name) so I'm trying to make sure I plan for that.

Just looking for suggestions or methods you all currently use. It may be I've already done what a majority of you all already practice, just putting it out there.
