Selecting an email address for a contact

So CiviCRM has these great options to enter multiple email addresses for a contact.  But how do you select one of those addresses in particular for a given newsletter?  We have contacts who regularly use different email addresses during different times of the year - and sometimes different emails for different roles.

You can flag the email to receive the newsletters to "bulk email".

It isn't possible to change that on a per mailing basis.
