Tracking clickthru and open not turning off.

Just upgraded from 4.2.7 to 4.3.1
Issue is new to this version.

Problem is in CiviMail.

I do not wish to track click thrus or opens.  So in step 2, I un-select these choices.
Unlike previous versions, when I come back to a saved mail these boxes will be checked again even though I have unchecked them and saved the mailing previously.
It seems to keep these links options on no matter that I want them off and have saved them off.

As a result when I put links into the mailing, the actual link produced is like the one below.

When I click on the link I get these messages:

I would just like the links I put in the mailing not to be changed by CiviMail.  This had worked previously.
Hoping its a setup issue.

Thought I would go through the civicrm Joomla demo to see how it performed on the mail stream.

I get similar results.  As you compose a mail if you un-check tracking clickthru it still acts as if you are.
If you save tracking clickthru unchecked and go in to look at it again.  It is checked.

Also it doesn't seem to save the footer associated with the mail.   After saving with a footer and going back in the footer isn't there.
Glad I can get this to re-produce in the demo.

I was hoping to get some comments back by now from someone on the board.

Can u try this again on demo please. There was an issue filed about this and we just updated the demo machines to have the latest 4.3.2 code

Thanks Donald.  I tried it and it works now.
I will roll the 4.3.2 code into my site.

I am having this issue, although somehow it started working for a time inexplicably but now has come back. Same exact errors. using Newest WP and Civi 4.4.5
