I have a profile set up fro Drupal User registration to capture the person's name, email, current employer, phone, job title.
The profile captures all detail into CiviCRM except the email address.
I'm not sure when this started happening.
(D6 with Civi 4.2.7).

All fields are "required".

Have I missed a new setting in 4.2.7?

Thanks to Eileen at fuzion.co.nz who helped find/resolve the problem.

There was no location type set to 'default' = I didn't have a primary address type.
