Author Topic: CiviCRM Interface in Joomla Backend does not load after having upgraded to 4.3.1 (Read 507 times)

Dear all,

after having upgraded CiviCRM on my Joomla 2.5.9 from 4.2 to 4.3.1 the interface does not load anymore (see screenshot attached ). When I try to reload the overview page ( .../administrator/?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/dashboard&reset=1&resetCache=1) I get an internal server error.

I'm confused because the status message after the upgrade said that it have been successfully completed.

Any suggestions?

if its an internal server error (the screenshot does not seem like that), please do check the apache error logs and get more details
