Is there a user directory here that I can search for other CiviCRM users by geographic area?

Currently no. But we do try to post meetups and other events here so folks can build a local connection

You should also go to your local wordpress/joomla/drupal meetup and see if u can meet other folks doing civi work there

Thanks Lobo and Coleman.

So, we need a public directory of CiviCRM admins/implementers/users etc that should obviously be voluntary. Only at CiviCon did I find out there are folks nearby in Vermont - I'm in Albany NY - who are using Civi. We should be able to connect with everybody we can in a chosen geographic area who is interested in/using Civi.

How do we set that up?
