CiviCRM contact not found for example@example.com and membership statusses
May 06, 2013, 03:13:28 am
Good morning,

I'm a noobie to CiviCRM and struggling like 3/4 weeks with a few questions.

The first one;

When a member got status 'active' 'current' 'ongoing' 'renew' they all got a membership.
The only point is when it isn't 'active' it says on their page membership '1', all the other statusses doesn't count like a ongoing membership.

The second one;

When new people register, first they get an email and we get an email about their registration.
Their status was then 'Registered' we set it 'Approving' and after the payment we make it 'Active'.
Now since friday my log says 'CiviCRM contact not found for example@example. com' and the new members are immediately on 'active'.

I hope people here can help me!

Greet,

Lars

Hi and welcome. You may need to flesh this out a bit more to avoid us jumping to conclusions. Where possible provide links to forms people are filling in, and if you get an unexpected outcome eg the '1' pls repeat on the Demo site so we can ascertain if it is a unique problem on your set up or not.

When you refer to 'registration' are you talking about a Civi Membership?

If so perhaps include a screenshot of your Membership Status set up
