Field IDs disappear on donation pages

In 5 of the 10 CiviCRM (non-paypal fields), the title is missing. It should read before the the first blank box, in the attached photo, email. The second is First Name and Last Name in the third.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening. It wasn't like that a couple of weeks ago. I haven't updated any plugins.

EDIT: I did notice that the profile IDs that aren't showing up are Individual, whereas the ones that are showing up are Contact. When I view these profiles in Administer CiviCRM » Profiles and Preview Profile... the field labels are NOT showing up there as well.
