Can I remove 'social media sharing' from receipts/.pdfs?

Hi,
I'm wondering if it's possible to keep the 'social media sharing' option enabled for a particular contribution but not have it show up in the resulting receipt email and attached .PDF file. This is on Drupal 7 using Civi 4.2.1. The hover help says "when enabled...Social media links will be included on the Contribution page, Thank-you page, Tell-a-Friend page (if enabled), and in contribution receipt emails." I just don't want them in the PDFs as the layout gets all messed up.

Attached is the picture of a PDF receipt with the messed-up content.
Even if it wasn't messed up, it still seems unnecessary to put the links in the PDF.

You can modify mailing reciept for "Contributions - Receipt (on-line)" and remove social plugins.

For eg check http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/messageTemplates/add?action=update&id=7&reset=1
and then search for "{include file="CRM/common/SocialNetwork.tpl"….."

Is the content of the PDF file composed from the defaults on this template? The template for PDF files seems only concerned with layout, not content, so I Assume the content is coming from the HTML Format section.

Answered my own question - PDF file contents are also changed when you remove the formatting from the email template.
