Drupal and CivicRM - personal fundraising pages

Can Drupal and CivicRM be configured to create personal fundraising pages?

Can a registered user create a personal fundraising campaign with a "donations received" widget with their own text and graphics like the following example?

Not as yet, but its requested fairly often. Would make a great community contribution. Its a pretty big project, but i think we have most of the pieces in place already to pull this off

This can be done by a developer. We have built a couple sites that automatically created a CiviContribute page for every organic group. Cost should be in the 5-10K neighborhood.
