I'Ve been getting the following warning and wondering if anyone can help me?

Warning: Please contact support about failure in Smarty::_eval() (line 1971 of /home/gyvnca/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php).

Can you provide more details about the warning. When do you get this error, which screen?

Also from the info you provided it looks like you are running a very old version of Civi. Is that still the case? 4.1 is no longer supported.
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.
