high number of "not connected" today

I'm getting a high number of "not connected" responses today, with two separate clients using your services, different versions of CiviCRM, long-time-working-systems.

I'm assuming it's some overloaded servers at your end, yes?

Time: 14:28 EDT, 14:33-45 EDT for the other one.

Do you have some kind of live status update on your site?

Hello,

We are not seeing anything unusual with our systems today. Our data center's status is all green as well.
I see 2 lost connections in our logs for one account and different times than what you specified.

Are your clients with the same hosting?
It could be that there was a temporary connection issue on your servers.

If you want you can send us the clients' usernames and we'll check our logs for their specific domains for the timestamps you provided.


We do not have a live update page however we have monitoring in place and post here whenever there's an outage.

Thanks for this. The mail seems to be going out today, so it was a transient issue.

They are both on the same host machine, so it must have been something specific about the communications from it to your server, some overloaded circuit or pipe somewhere.
