CiviCRM in Google Summer of Code 2008
March 26, 2008, 01:28:58 pm
Hey, just wanted to make sure everyone saw my blog post about CiviCRM's participation in Google Summer of Code (via the Joomla! project).

Check it out: http://civicrm.org/node/312

We need students to apply, so any word-getting-out you can do is much appreciated. Point people at that blog post if you think they might be interested (or know people who might be).

Summer of Code students are usually incredibly sharp and it would be fantastic if we could get a few to make proposals for it. It's a great educational program because it lets them have the potential to do high impact work and be involved with serious development not to mention that they get a nice stipend for coding :).
