"No Input File Specified" When Running Batch Geocode From URL
May 09, 2013, 08:43:54 pm
Version: Joomla, 4.3.2

I have the batch geocode script set up as a menu item so I can run it easily when needed.  After I upgraded to 4.3.2, I've started to get a "No Input File Specified" error when I run the URL.  This didn't happen before the upgrade (I upgraded from 4.1.6).  Geocoding does function correctly when run record-by-record.

Any ideas as to why I may be getting the error now?

Lobo, thanks for the suggestion.  I don't know PHP, so I'm not sure I could decipher where the error is occurring.

If you can direct me to specific things to look for, it may help me to figure it out.  I do have a programming background, just not PHP.

Thanks for your help.

http://careerep.net/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/bin/UpdateAddress.php?name=<name>&pass=<password>&key=<key>.

This is the same URL I've always run it from, but somewhere between upgrading from 4.1.6 to 4.3.3 it's stopped working.

Lobo, if it would help, I can provide you with the steps (including admin access to my site) so you can see it happening firsthand.

Those scripts were obsoleted a few releases back and have been replaced by scheduled jobs. I think 4.3 eliminated all those scripts

Might want to check the docs on scheduled jobs

Got it.  Didn't realize that change had happened.  Seems to be working now.  Thanks for your help Lobo!
