Adding new email type

I can not see any opportunity to add new custom email type to the Home, Work, Other, etc. or edit them, under the Administer >System settings>Option Groups.

Wher can I set these types?

In database table?

Email "type" is actually the location, which also applies to phone and address. Go to Administer - Customize Data and Screens - Dropdown Options - Location Types. Or just go to Administration Console and it's in the list at the top.
