Issue in recurring donation

Hi All,

I am using CiviCRM version 4.2.6 with Drupal 7.

In that I have used donation form with Recurring option with Moneris payment gateway.

Issue is whenever a recurring donation made I received contribution status as 2 (pending) also transaction no, net amount are stored as NULL even though transaction was completed.

Can any1 help me please how to get status as completed/

Need to resolve this issue asap. Please help me.

We have seen this but it appears to have disappeared on the site - we are now running 4.2.9 but also have a number of patches that will first appear in 4.2 when 4.2.10 is released. Try upgrading to 4.2.9 in the first instance as it might be fixed by that.

Hi Eileen,

First of all Thank you so much for your reply.

Can you please share where the patch file is available? As I tried goggling but didn't find anything related to it. And I can't upgrade too as did we have added some extension to CiviCRM as per requirement.

It will be a great help if you can reply as early as possible as I am stuck onto this since long time.

I'm not 100% sure but we had a site that had the problem you described. Recently it has been updated to 4.2.9 & the problem seems to no longer occur for new recurring contribution set-ups. But our '4.2.9' is this

& it has numerous patches on it so at the moment I'm not 100% sure if the patch you need is in 4.2.9 or not. I suggest you upgrade to 4.2.9 as that is available from the CiviCRM download site & see if that fixes it. Otherwise we'll need to try to figure out which patch you need

Upgrading is not possible at this stage for me.

I have noticed that it was working fine in version 2.2.7 but not working with 4.2.6  :'(

I badly need solution for it. Please share solution if anyone have.

The upgrade from 4.2.6 to 4.2.9 is only a very minor upgrade. Is there a reason you can't do a point release upgrade?
