CiviCRM will not appear on that chart until it has at least 10 reviews so please post your review here.... http://www.g2crowd.com/products/civicrm-reviews

For some reason they have categorised CiviCRM as a small business solution, maybe because they think that only small businesses would ever consider cloud-based or open source solutions?
