Mailing Labels missing the alignment

Due to some configuration issue or an issue with this module the Mailing Labels does not get printed right for me.

The Configuraion, PDF output and Print output (scanned) is attached.
What should I change to print it right?

The closest Sheet Size is "ISO RA4" with dimensions"21.5 cm x 30.5 cm"
1) Configuration:
See attached image for the configurations - ISORA4-30.5 Settings.JPG
As of writing this post the setting is also available in civicrm demo site.

2) The PDF generated is attached in file ISORA4-30.5.pdf  ( attached in next post due to 512 kb size restriction)

3) The output is ISORA4-printed.pdf
