Hi,

I have a question (probably dumb), but I have setup First Data Payment Processor, I then did a Test Drive - where you can test transactions on the backend, when I use this - I see the Credit Card info form show.

When I use the Live Link page - I don't see the credit Card info show up in the form for me to enter. 

My question is I thought there was a standard profile that would provide the CC information fields in the contribution page form.  Am I missing something, or do I need to build out a profile for entering in credit card details.  I was thinking no because the Test Drive form has them - so was thinking they are there by default when you select a credit card payment processor.

Hi,

Yes I have entered live credentials.  Actually what I did was enter in the same live information into the Test fields as well.  This is how I know the transaction stuff works, because I was charged on my CC and I see it in the Payment Processor backend that the transaction was handled.

So the info is correct, but I am not getting the credit card fields when I try from the live URL, only get it when I do the Test Drive

can u also use firebug and/or some other js debugger and see if there are any js errors that result in that block being suppressed

also might help to upgrade to 4.3.3 since we knocked off quite a few issues in those 2 releases. might give us a better basis to work with

Ok good news, the upgrade to 4.3.3 seemed to resolve this issue.  the live page is now showing the CC form fields.
