Upgraded to 4.3.3 from 4.1

When registering for an event the event fee does not show as an option. Submitting the form results in
Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:
Select at least one option from Event Fee(s).

But there is still no fee block shown.

Have tried all permutations of recreating payment processor, pay later only, price sets etc.
This block just don't want to show.

Public visibility option missing from table...

HAL of a problem to solve that one.
