CiviMobile - Not working

Hi,
I am trying to configure civimobile with CiviCRM 4.3.3

I followed Installation instructions and install went ok
https://github.com/webaccess/com.webaccessglobal.module.civimobile/wiki/Installation-Guide

For civimobile details I used slideshare http://www.slideshare.net/rohitthakral/civi-mobile-civisync-mobile
Slide 27 shows configuration details. Do I need them in place? I am not sure where they are located at CiviCRM instnace?
