I tested auto filing email and the email is retrieved and filed correctly. However, when I view the filed email I see that all the carriage returns are missing. All the paragraphs are run together. Is this normal behavior?

We use Google Apps for our email. I set up inbound email to retrieve mail from an IMAP folder (Gmail label).

Hi

We have been noticed the same; and figured out that it is when /if clients are sending emails using plain/text.
Html formated email is working fine.
There should be a <pre></pre> surrounded when plain/text mails is presented to resolve this issue.

I opened an issue for this.
Lets hope that someone resolve this issue.

Question is if someone has a workaround meanwhile for us?

if this is important to your org, might want to consider hiring a developer and/or setting a bounty for this issue
