How to set default rows per page number to View ALL?

When in Manage Events and I select Participants (Registered, etc.), the list shows view "Rows per page" options of 25, 50 or 100. Is there a way to add View All as an option? I would actually find this useful throughout all of CiviCRM. Thank you!

We implement paging everywhere since otherwise, things break when you have 1000000+ records to retrieve.

Is there a specific screen that you are thinking about?

I thought that, when you make a selection on a results page, and click next page of results to continue selecting contacts, that first selection wont be remembered by the system. However it does, so there´s no problem at all.

If I need more results per page, I just add it manually at the end of the url &crmRowCount=200
