Custom profile - participants

Hi,

I'm not sure if the bug is with me or with civiCRM but I can't make a searchable custom profile for participants. This is what I get on my site & on the demo

Profile-driven search / listing pages are currently only supported for contact records (individual, organization, household) and their associated fields (name, date of birth, address, phone, email etc.).

You can search for Participants on a wide variety of criteria from the built-in Find Participants function OR create a custom search using the custom search framework (e.g. new PHP file etc.) - which I think you've used already for :-)
