WSOD all of a sudden
May 29, 2013, 09:38:17 am
Hello, we have been using civi 4.08 on Drupal 7 happily for a while now. All of sudden we are getting a white screen as soon as we log on to civi.

I managed to rename the module and deactivate it and Drupal no functions fine. As soon as I enable the core civicdm module i get the white screen.

I'm now to civi so not sure the troubleshooting steps.

I upped my php memory to 256 to no avail.

Can anyone get me started in the right direction?

I managed to enable php logging and get this error repeatedly:

[25-May-2013 18:03:11 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required 'CRM/Core/OptionGroup.php' (include_path='.:/home/vbfbaseadmin/onehealthbase.org/sites/all/modules/civicrm:/home/user/site/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages:.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/user/site/sites/all/modules/civicrm_/drupal/modules/civicrm_rules/civicrm_rules_action.inc on line 41

Thanks

I think you can ignore the previous PHP error. This only happens for I rename the module directory.

There are no errors now, just a white screen whenever I enable the civirm module in Drupal.

getting desperate...
