I have a 'standalone' version of CiviCRM that runs without a CMS. It integrates with your email system, Google Apps or an external service of your choosing (MSN, Yahoo, LinkedIn, FaceBook, etc.) to authenticate users so you do not have to have yet another password to maintain.

Feel free to PM me your contact info so we can chat and determine whether this would be a fit for you.
