We are running an international petition and naturally want to know signers countries.  We created a profile with country and then state.  All the countries are enabled.  When the petition is rendered, all the states-provinces for all the countries are rendered in the state select.  When a different country is selected, the states selection does not change.   It appears that the ajax call is not being made for the state-province.  When we use the same profile on an event or donation page it works properly, limiting the state-province selection to those appropriate for the selected country.  The petition function is fairly new and I am wondering if it hasn't been used for international petitions.

Since we are using civi heavily and want to be involved helping make it more accessible, I have the blessing of our organization to work on debugging this quirk.  I know drupal better than civi, but I have been poking around the civi code on our test platform.  I like a lot of the new features.
