Civimail is not delivering bulk email, really it seems to be unable to deliver any emails, even test emails to a single address. When I try to send a test email it is not delivered. When I send the email out to a list of any size it is not delivered. The mail report says that all have been delivered, but none are opened. THere are also no bounces coming back into my bounce account. When I go into civimail settings and send a test email it says it is sent, but it is not.

I have checked to make sure that civimail is not set to log mode where it writes the emails to disk. So I have made sure that the correct lines are commented out in civicrm.settings.php and checked other files to make sure that the option is set to false. So I am confused and got several time sensitive emails ready to go. Do you have any ideas?
