CiviCRM for a little Ecommerce shop

Hi guys,
I would like to sell a t-shirt to my users.
Is it possible to manage a page for it with CiviCRM?

have you tried just doing it as a price set on a Contribution page- you can still provide options for colour/size etc and include images etc
