Missing Message Templates after moving installation

I just copied my live installation over to a local test site following the directions from "Moving an Existing Installation to a New Server or Location" but all my message templates are missing.  They are listed under Administer/Communications/Message Templates but when I click to edit the html code is missing.

Seems more likely that the WYSIWYG editor is broken. Can you check that?

Thanks for your response.
When I went to check the editor, everything worked!  The only difference was that I had to reboot my computer, so maybe something just wasn't getting reset?
Anyway - I'm up and running again - thanks!
