We have authorize.net setup for recurring contributions and we have the silent callback url setup and configured.  Everything seems to work fine in that the first time contribution is recorded in civi and entered in authorize.net.  The recurring contributions from authorize.net are making there way back to Civi every month, our recurring interval.  They have the correct Total Amount and date but the Net Amount is always listed as 0.00.  This is fine for reporting as the total contribution gets included in our reports.  However, if we try to add some details to the contribution like notes or Thank You sent date then we get an error when saving because the Total Amount does not equal the Net Amount.  The 3 additional detail fields are not editable; Non Deductible Amount, Fee Amount and Total Amount.  All three of these are listed as 0.00 and not editable so we cant adjust the net amount to equal the total amount and thus cant ever modify anything about the contribution. 

Is there something that is setup wrong so that it is always putting zero 0.00 in the net amount even though the total amount is correct?

I cant test this directly in the demo since it does not have an authorize.net account to test with.
