Users and what they see
June 09, 2013, 10:34:39 pm
I am totally new to this whole system so bear with my ignorance. I installed Civicrm on Drupal and it seems to run fine. I added a user made them an authenticated user,

But when i login as them i see nothing?  ???

I am planning on only using [at this point] the CiviCase module. This is what I'd like to do if someone can point in in the direction on how to make it so.

I basically three groups of people [Administrators, Supervisors, and Case Workers]
Adminisrators have full access to the system [that works already]

Now How do i make the other two groups - where: Supervisors see the work on thier own Case Workers
and Case Workers only see thier own work.

I want when the Case Workers and Supervisors to login the automatically go to the CiviCase Dashboard.

I have been reading through and searching these forums for answers for two days and i am stuck.

[Oh one note to this - I am very unclear how to setup users to see certain things so any help would be great]
