CRON job not processing?

Hi
Joomla 2.5.11
CiviCRM 4.3.3

I am struggling to get our CRON job set up properly. As far as I can see, if I run the job directly from the browser, I do not get any errors reported (took me a while to get the username and id set correctly), but none of the scheduled tasks get processed.
If I go to the Scheduled Jobs list and click the 'Run All Scheduled Jobs' link, the process fine.

Any suggestions for where I can look to diagnose the problem?

Finally got it working via

Works at CiviCRM V4.3.3 - now to upgrade to 4.3.4 and watch it break again
