Where does the activity follow-up data go?
June 10, 2013, 04:05:18 am
When you add/edit an activity you have the option to add a follow-up activity. I observe from the record changes this makes that this creates a new activity with the parent_id field set to the original activity.

(I note from RTMing before adding to the forum that CiviCase doesn't seem to use this field, preferring to create a new activity type called Follow Up and advising users to search on that.)

But is there anywhere in the UI that displays this follow-up information? I cannot see it when I view either original or follow up activity. It seems like a useful thing - e.g. as a minimum to have a link back to the original activity when viewing a follow-up one.

Have I missed something?
