Setting "never" as the threshold for civicrm_mailing_bounce_type entries

Is there a value that can be used to set the threshold to "never"? Perhaps '0' as a value?

any specific reason you want to do this? I'm not sure whether this is a good thing to do :)

I don't think it's a good idea either but I told "the committee" that I would ask the question. I set the value very high anyway.
