My menu is gone!

We recently upgraded Civi to 4.3.3. All is good.  However, I was testing the WordPress User Roles and how they affect the User when signed into WordPress/CiviCRM.  I think I had set my username to a CMS role of Editor and then I set the username role back to Administrator.   Now when I log into WordPress/CiviCRM the only menu items I have in CiviCRM are "Home, Search, Contacts, and Help"
Any idea on how to get all the menu items back?

I decided to delete my WordPress username and reenter it. 
That "fixed" my menu issue but it created a new contact and I need to merge the two....  I can't delete the new one because I'm logged in as myself....  So here goes a merge try!  :)

HELP!!!!   >:( >:( >:(

Ok.... I really have a problem now......   Each time I log in it creates a new Contact Record....   I now have 6 Gary Zimmerman's all from logging out and back in.
