Amounts section in Edit Contribution Page is empty. Bug or feature?

Hi,

I want to edit the amounts in a contribution page in order to add a voluntary additional contribution, but this section is empty (CiviCRM 4.3.4.), see partial screenshot. Is that a bug or feature? Is it maybe dependent on settings in other sections of the contribution page settings? The normal membership fee is set, and it’s working, so it must have worked before, but I can’t change the contribution any more. Is that a bug or feature? ???
