Is there a way to get rid of the “No thank you” option in the contribution pages for membership fee payments? In our association it doesn’t really make sense. You either pay the membership fee or declare that you leave the association, but not per mouse click. It’s good for a laugh, but somehow we want to get rid of it.

Can't you just make the 'membership required' on the membership setting tab of the contribution page?
