403 error at step 4 of sending a mailing
May 24, 2007, 02:39:54 pm

I just finished configuring CiviMail using the "Alternative configuration" (no Amavis or root access) described at http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/Alternative+configuration+-+no+Amavis+or+root+access

But I'm running into permissions problems after Step 3 of sending a mail.  Basically, i'm getting a white screen at DOMAIN/civicrm/mailing/send and if i view the source on the page, it looks like a typical Drupal 403 page, but no clue as to the problem.

My currently logged in user has all Drupal privileges. Any ideas?

Civicrm v1.7, Drupal 5.1

kevin:

in  general for any blank pages / white screen, please check your apache error logs and/or drupal watchdog entries. Those places will give u the exact reason for the failure

i assume u r using php5, since civimail has been developed for php5 only
