Custom token values are empty when sending mail in CiviCRM 4.2.7
June 14, 2013, 09:12:45 pm
Hi everybody,

I used hook_civicrm_tokens and hook_civicrm_tokenValues to build some custom tokens for CiviMail and PDF (CiviCRM 4.2.7).
The tokens work well in PDFs and system workflow messages but dont work in normal mails. Seem as the custom modules dont be called when sending a mail.
I tried some ways and failed.

Please help me!
Thanks,
Joan Nguyen

Hi,

Upgrade to 4.3, it should have fixed the issue

Thanks all,

Xavier's suggestion is my final option. But I was successful with the topics Coleman Watts suggested. Thanks!
