I have tried repeatedly to figure out why my scheduled reminders are not following the configuration.  I have one scheduled reminder set up to send out a reminder 1 month prior to Membership Expiration date.  It just sent out 731 reminders AND the expiration dates of these members so far are Dec 2012, Dec 2013 through Feb 2014 and as you can see from the attachment it should have been members with expiration date of July 20th and it should only go to me (one recipient).  I have tried this three-four times over the last couple of months.  The first time it sent it out to over 3000 members.  This generates a certain amount of angst from my members especially since many have sent in money recently and are concerned that they are expired.

Is there something I need to do here so CiviCRM picks up the right date? 

Additionally, I am using a token in the message to include  the membership end date and it is not populating?  I am wondering if this is related.  If the reminder is not able to access the membership end date, maybe it is just sending out reminders randomly.  Help is appreciated.
