Membership Reminders not working

Hi,

Newbie here - sorry!

I realised that the setup reminder for membership renewal wasn't working because cron wasn't set up.

I set it up and checked that the jobs have both been run manually and via cron successfully.

Still no reminders being sent out..

Please help!

Have you upgraded to the newest CiviCRM version? Your signature shows an old one. Did you read the recent postings with the same issue?
