Create Report Showing Names, Birthdays, Anniversaries in Upcoming Month?

Hi All,
   I'd like to at the beginning of each month generate a report that would show me all the individuals in my database who have a birthday or anniversary in the upcoming month. I was wondering if anyone has done this before or if there is an easy way to accomplish this?

There is the start of a custom search here

note it hasn't been packaged as an extension - you should download civix to do that & the fn signature needs a minor change (I think the 'all' function needs to accept an extra param)

Hi, I am new in CiviCRM and don't have real programming background. Could you give me some more details about how to install this Birthday custom search  ?

You don't have to do any programming. Just click on the report you want (there are two listed under "Description" at the link you mentioned. Then click on Raw which will display only the code. Select All/Copy and paste into a new document which you should name BirthdayByMonth.php or BirthdayByMonth.tpl. Copy and paste these files into the appropriate directory within your CiviCRM install. You can see on the page for each file what that path is, e.g. civicrim/custom/templates/CRM/Contact/Form/Search/Custom/BirthdayByMonth.tpl.
Once you've done this you should be able to access these custom searches through CiviCRM!
