how can I create an additional button with a link reference on the sidebar of my drupal civicrm install. please check the screen shot what I mean...

To make it clear...
I would like to create a button for "new contribution" only to give access to certain user. Is it possible??

Just create a new drupal block and insert a link to the CiviCRM contribution create page.
Use block permissions to show/hide the block to relevant user roles.
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.
