Can't get CiviCRM working correctly
June 27, 2013, 08:59:16 am
I'm having issues getting CiviCRM working correctly.

- I'm running a WP multisite
- The first issue is that i'm receiving a "Invalid value passed to getPayment function" error when trying to access a even registration form.
- The second issue was posted here a few months ago, I resolved it by doing the re-direct with javascript but it's not the most ideal fix...
- The third issue is when i cleared the cache from the back-end it broke the asset url so now all the images, css are all broken...

Any help would be appreciated, thx

For the third issue, not sure what you mean by "cleared the cache from the back-end" ?? However if the issue w/ images and css is on CiviCRM pages, then check CiviCRM > Administer > System Settings > Resource URLs to verify that the URL path is correct. You can also 'view source' from your browser and copy one of the css paths into another browser window to see what's happening.

alexeightsix,

I stumbled across your post after getting the same issue and seeing a "Invalid value passed to getPayment function".  I was able to fix this by adding a contribution type on the 'Amounts' tab of the contribution page; this occurred for me as a result of disabling all previous payment processors, as we switched over to authorize.net.

Hopefully this helps.  Might be something worth looking into to make either A) a more descriptive bug report or B) automate the changeover more on contribution pages ('add to all contribution pages' option when adding a payment processor'?)
