using webforms with Current Employer
June 29, 2013, 04:24:30 pm
hey folks,

i created a webform that lets me look a person up in civi, and then allows me to create an activity for that person.

i want the activity to be created for both the individual and that individual's Current Employer.

i have the webform set up with Contact 1 as the Individual and Contact 2 as the Organization. the Current Employer field in Contact 1 says Contact 2.

i want to be able to look up a person and have their Current Employer automatically show up. any know how i can do that?

thanks!

At present a 'contact reference' type field will not be populated during autocomplete. Let me know if you'd like to sponsor such an improvement.
