PayPal IPN Domain Name Won't Update

I have a Drupal site with CiviCRM 4.3.3 that was recently migrated between servers and upgraded. Now some, but not all, of the Instant Payment Notifications sent from PayPal are failing. I noticed that one such failure looks like this:

http://oldDomainName.org/sites/all/modules/civicrm/extern/ipn.php?reset=1&contactID=999&contributionID=999&module=contribute&contributionRecurID=9&contributionPageID=9
meaning it's a recurring contribution. I haven't found in the DB where this oldDomainName.org is set however. Does anyone know? Or perhaps it's in PayPal?

I don't know where oldDomainName.org comes from (grep'd for that string in codebase, sql folder etc. and not finding it either). We've had a few other reports of problems w/ recurring contributions but only one made it to issue tracker so far. Not sure if there's any relation to your problem:

pretty sure this is configured in paypal.

Note that paypal allows you to re-send IPNS (up to 3 months old) from within their interface. It's pretty hard to find where :-(, or anything in their interface :-(, but this does mean you can catch up on missed ones.
