We have 7 different Membership levels, each with their own premiums and access. We would like, through Membership and Price Sets, to be able to offer people the option of either paying a single annual payment or 12 monthly (auto-recurring) payments. What is the easiest way to achieve this?

Membership Tiers:

Level 1: $100 annually or $10 per 12 months ($120)
Level 2: $250 annually or $25 per 12 months ($300)
Level 3: $500 annually or $50 per 12 months ($600)
Level 4: $1,000 annually or $100 per 12 months ($1,200)
Level 5: $2,500 annually or $250 per 12 months ($3,000)
Level 6: $5,000 annually or $500 per 12 months ($6,000)
Level 7: $10,000 annually or $1,000 per 12 months ($12,000)

Currently using CiviCRM 4.3.4 on Wordpress and PayPal Payments Pro (v3) with Recurring Payments

Not sure - how about set up 2 membership types for each tier - one for the Annual price, one for the 12 x monthly - and then have one page for the monthly and a separate one for the annual?
